1. Payment and Ordering

1.1 Submitting information to place an order

The customer is responsible to provide accurate and required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. RJG Pyrography is not responsible for the incorrect delivery of the customer’s order due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If re-shipment is required due to customer error, customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. 

1.2 Payment

Payment for all website orders must be made in full in advance at the time the order is placed. All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo are accepted methods of payment. Credit card payments are processed through the Shopify POS system.

1.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders submitted from PA. The appropriate sales tax will be applied to your designated province/state. 

1.4 Custom Artwork Requests

For custom and commissioned artwork not listed on the website for purchase, an invoice will be sent to the customer after a digital proof is created for approval. Artwork will be digitally sketched/created and can be changed and edited until you are satisfied with the artwork. No burn will happen until the images are approved by the customer. All custom and commissioned artwork is paid in full at time of proof approval by the customer before the burn starts.


1.5 Color Matching

You acknowledge and understand that colors may vary slightly in person than from your computer or mobile screen. RJG Pyrography is not responsible for this color variation issue. No guarantee is made that any image as seen online will match exactly to the colors on the final product.


2. Delivery

2.1 Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined by the weight of the order and your delivery location. Shipping cost includes packaging materials, handling, and insurance. Customer is liable for any additional shipping charges due to incorrect address details given when submitting your order.

All orders are shipped from Coatesville, Pennsylvania, United States. 

2.2 Tracking

All wood burned orders are shipped via USPS with tracking unless otherwise agreed upon to ship the order with tracking via a different mailing service.

2.3 Delivery times

Please be patient with our business delivery times as this is a one person operation for creation of product and shipment. Sticker art will ship in 1-2 business days. Wood burning orders may take up to 1-2 week to ship and custom orders may take 2-3 weeks.  

2.4 Lost packages

RJG Pyrography has no control over and is not responsible for how the postal service handles or delivers your order. RJG Pyrography is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages that are lost in transit. The customer is responsible to open an investigation with their postal authority.

Please send us an email at rjgpyrography@gmail.com to discuss your options for a refund or replacement in the case your order was not delivered by the postal service due to the order being lost in transit.

2.5 Damages

If your order shows sign of damage upon delivery due to handling from the postal service it is your responsibility to report and submit to rjgpyrography@gmail.com your order number and photographic proof of the damage within 24 hours for review to determine refund and return eligibility as well as re-shipment of new product.


3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Final sale

All sales are final. Contact rjgpyrography@gmail.com to initiate a refund, return and/or replacement of your order. RJG Pyrography holds the right to deny any returns and/or refunds at its sole discretion. 

3.2 Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return an order that is eligible for return, refund and/or replacement. Once your order is received by RJG Pyrography with no damages upon inspection if returning the item(s) in new condition, you will receive a full refund or replacement if that was what was agreed upon. 

*No refunds, returns or replacements are available to items that are damaged due to customer’s mishandling of the item or artwork. 


4. Product Care 

4.1 Damages

RJG Pyrography is not responsible for damages to items and artwork caused by the customer’s mishandling. No refunds, returns or replacements are available to items and artwork that are damaged due to the customer’s mishandling.

This includes and is not limited to damaging an item or artwork due to:
dropping or scratching the item or artwork, spilling food or liquid onto the item or artwork, fingerprint marks on the wood and artwork, fading of the artwork due to prolonged UV exposure, or the item or artwork being stolen or lost under your ownership.


5. Copyright

5.1 Agreement

No artwork shall be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of RJG Pyrography.
